Campus Acquisitions is developing a new, mixed-use building within walking distance of Texas A&M University campus at the highly desirable corner of University and Church in College Station, Texas. The new, amenity-rich development will provide Aggie students with unparalleled views of campus while delivering a safe, secure, technologically advanced environment in which to live and enhance their studies.

The project is proposed to be a 16-story, 440+ bed upscale building, complete with modern amenities including a rooftop pool and hot tub, outdoor grilling station, sand volleyball, sophisticated fitness center, individual and group study lounges, and on-site management by CA's full service staff. The project is expected to break ground in April 2012 and be ready for occupancy come August 2013.
